Does looking at the proportional amount of recreational space (recreation areas, forest area, water expanse) in a zoning-plan point to the Quality of Life?
Looking at 3 german cities I’ve lived in, suggests it doesn’t. My personal ranking would be Hamburg (my current Hometown), Cologne, Mönchengladbach (that’s where I grew up). The only thing that stands out is water.
